A colourful rendition of the stunning textures of the Scottish Highlands. Came together in this one image symbolically all the stunning places I was lucky to visit - Glencoe, Assynt, Ben Nevis, Stac Pollaidh, Blà Bhein, Ben Lomond and the Cairngorms. What always fascinated me in these types of landscapes was the game of structure and texture between the little waves formed by thousands of grasses, the stoney slopes of the mountains and the haze of mist interrupting the whole.
